Transformation is the word used to describe lasting change.
We start with you- in this moment.
All that you are- what you know, feel, and believe.
Then begins the work of the undoing (unlearning).
Letting go of all of the innocent misunderstandings. Those once helpful strategies you created to win at the game of life. The meaning you made that now limits your ability to get what you really what.
Sounds a bit scary, I know.

Creates a container where it is safe to get curious.

This is the direction to head.
